At Scarlett Beauty, we take great care in ensuring all products are packaged and shipped in excellent condition.

Due to the hygienic nature of beauty products and professional lash supplies, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.

 

 

Faulty or Damaged Products

If you receive a product that is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

To assist with your claim, please include:

 

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the product and packaging

 

Once reviewed, we will arrange an appropriate resolution which may include:

 

  • A replacement product

  • A store credit

  • A refund where applicable

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned unless faulty:

 

  • Lash extensions

  • Adhesives

  • Primers

  • Bonders

  • Removers

  • Tweezers and tools

  • Opened or used products

 

Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for ensuring their shipping address is correct at checkout.

Scarlett Beauty is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

 

Lost or Delayed Parcels

Once your order has been dispatched and tracking details have been provided, Scarlett Beauty is not responsible for delays, loss, or damage caused by the postal carrier.


If your parcel is delayed or missing, please contact the courier directly using your tracking number.
