Orders are packed and dispatched within 1–3 business days of receiving cleared payment.

Orders placed after 12pm (AEST) will be processed on the next business day.

Orders are not dispatched on weekends or public holidays.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

We ship Australia-wide using tracked Australia Post services.

Express Shipping (Tracked)

Estimated delivery: 1–5 business days

Delivery times are estimates provided by Australia Post and may vary depending on location.

International shipping is available to selected countries.

Shipping costs and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

Please note that any customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Local pickup is available in Wamberal, NSW.

Customers will receive a notification once their order is ready for collection. Please wait for confirmation before arriving.

Orders are typically ready within 10–24 hours, however this may extend up to 48 hours during busy periods.

Certain products, including adhesives and liquids, are temperature sensitive.

To maintain product quality, Scarlett Beauty may delay dispatch during periods of extreme heat.

Scarlett Beauty is not responsible for delays caused by postal carriers once an order has been dispatched.

If your parcel is delayed, lost, or damaged in transit, please contact the courier directly using your tracking number.
